On some plans a person at Counterpart reads Evan's draft before you do.

A commercial manager reads the draft, lets it through, edits it, or sends it back to Evan.
You may never notice. That is the point.
If nobody is at the desk, nothing waits. The draft comes to you.
On Desk Pro we hold it until a person has looked, because that is the promise.
They are reading your contract. You can see who and when on the log. Their edits go out as Evan, in one voice.
