Approvers and limits

You approve everything. A second person approves above a size you choose.

• You are an approver. Everything comes to you.
• Add a second approver above a size. Say £100,000, and any deal above that needs both of you.
• An unlimited liability cap always needs both, whatever the deal size. That is the deal that can cost more than it earns.
• One person's silence is never two people's approval. Auto-send never applies to a two-person deal.
