Rounds and replies
BuiltEvan sends, they reply, the next round comes back to you.
- A round is one email from Evan with our positions, and one reply from them.
- Their reply comes to you as the next plan. Evan reads it and proposes the next move from your positions.
- He moves only when they do. If they come towards you, he steps towards your fallback. If they do not, neither does he.
- He never goes past your fallback on his own. He holds and asks you.
What he does without asking
- Sends a holding reply. "With an adviser, reverting Thursday." Nothing more.
What he never does without asking
- States or moves a position.
- Accepts something they offered, even if it beats what we asked for.
- Acts on an out-of-office, a bounce, or anything that is not a human reply. If they are away, he tells you they are away.
